Fixstarter ist ein Roastbeef mit Sauce Tatar und eine selbst gezauberte Gem\u00fcse Mayonnaise. Dazu Schinken, K\u00e4se und Brot. Ausserdem gibt es  dann noch ein paar Extras dazu. Eier hart kochen, sch\u00e4len und halbieren. Klein geschnittene Zwiebel, Kapern, Essiggurken mit selbst gemachter Mayonnaise und dem Gelben vom Ei in einer Sch\u00fcssel verr\u00fchren und wieder in die Eier f\u00fcllen. H\u00fcbsch garnieren und schon sind sie fertig. Als Bett eignet sich gut ein bissl Salat. So eng wie m\u00f6glich aufrollen und k\u00fchl stellen.<br>Kurz vor dem Servieren aufschneiden.<br>Mit am Bild sind Capresespie\u00dfe &#8211; dazu Cocktailtomaten halbieren, mit einem halben Minimozarellab\u00e4llchen belegen, Basilikum dr\u00fcber streuen und mit Balsamico, Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen. Mit Salz und Pfeffer w\u00fcrzen &#8211; fertig<br><br>Garnelen<br>6 getrocknete Pflaumen<br>6 Scheiben Bauchspeck<br>6 Riesengarnelen, gesch\u00e4lt<br>6 Zahnstocher<br>Die Pflaumen eng an eine Garnele dr\u00fccken und mit einer Speckscheibe umwickeln. Im Original werden die auch gesch\u00e4lt &#8211; das spar ich mir, die Haut ergibt eine h\u00fcbsche Farbkomponente. In einer Pfanne Honig karamellisieren und die \u00c4pfel beigeben.
